A landmark property with uninterrupted panoramic views of the Pacific at 47 The Serpentine, Bilgola, is for auction on September 11.

Bilgola Headland has only six properties that boast the unique feature of having two street frontages to The Serpentine, which winds its way between Bilgola and Avalon Beach.

There is a two-bedroom holiday beach cottage on this desirable north-east-facing level site, which has unsurpassed views north and south of both beaches.

It is within easy walking distance to the beaches, Avalon village shopping centre, the golf course and regular bus routes. The area is surrounded by natural bushland and marine park reserves.
