Drummoyne house sales so far this year have totalled $18.4 million compared with the 1994 recorded figure of $41 million.
Auction prices have averaged $372,000 compared with the 1994 figure of $419,000, and $414,000 in 1993.
This year's 28 auction sales totalled $3.7 million with a clearance rate of 35 per cent. There were 53 auction sales in 1994, which totalled $12 million.
The average private treaty sales price of houses was $334,000 on the 1994 figure of $377,000.
This year's 44 private treaty sales totalled $14.7 million. There were 78 private treaty sales in 1994 totalling $29 million.
Among sales this year were 20 Cambridge Road, which sold for $915,000; 111 Henley Marine Drive sold for $532,000; 40 Alexandra Street sold for $335,000; 248 Victoria Road sold for $402,000; 45 Renwick Street sold for $350,000 and 38 Dening Street sold for $382,000.
A waterfront Federation property, Clovelly at 1 Drummoyne Avenue, Drummoyne will go under the hammer on December 2.
