Agents Sharp Reed, with Wilson Pride, will auction the Tramonto Cafe at 15/16 Marine Parade, St Kilda Beach, on Sunday.
According to Sharp Reed director, Mr Michael Gross, the last retail investment auction in St Kilda was a restaurant in Acland Street that sold for about $800,000 last year.
